Our standard shipping method of registered mail requires a signature for delivery and generally takes 10-14 days to reach most countries. Depending on where you are, it could take less i.e. 7-10 days for Europe; 10-14 days for North America; 5-7 days for Japan, HK, Korea; 3 days for Singapore. All other countries may take longer. FedEx takes 3 business days from ship date to Asia, Europe, North America.
For most countries, registered mail can be tracked with the registration number after the package has cleared your country's customs department. FedEx packages can be tracked on the FedEx website.
There is no insurance for registered mail packages. We are not responsible for lost packages. If you are placing a larger order, we recommend you choose FedEx shipping. FedEx packages are fully insured.

* Buyers are responsible for return shipping fees and incidental costs e.g. customs duties, brokerage fees etc. where applicable of a returned and/or exchanged item.
We accept full return / refund for unused merchandise in their original condition. To receive a full refund of the purchase price only (not including shipping fees), please contact us within 10 days of receiving your purchase. We may occasionally request photos of the items in question before agreeing to return/refund. Contacting us after 10 days may result in only a partial refund or store credit.
Once we receive the returned items and are satisfied with their condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 days.
We accept returns and exchanges for items returned in UNUSED ORIGINAL CONDITION and PACKAGING with the following exceptions:
* No returns or exchange on custom orders. We usually ask for a deposit for custom orders, this deposit is non-refundable.
* No returns or exchange for items purchased on layaway and/or multiple payments.
* No returns or exchange for items put on reserve for a period longer than 7 days.
* No return/exchange on SALE ITEMS.
